Of course we do our best, every day, to provide you with the best possible service.

However, if you are not satisfied with our services and products, we ask you to let us know as soon as possible.

We listen to you and look for a suitable solution. You can make your complaint known to us in person, by telephone: (085) 303 96 25, in writing or by e-mail: [email protected]

All complaints will be handled by us as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days. If you feel that we have not responded to your complaint to your satisfaction, you have the option to submit your complaint to: Stichting WebwinkelKeur.

From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission.

This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
